1.Rental, rental and deposit payment methods:

- How much is the monthly rental (usd/sqm/month) of the factory?

- How much is the monthly rental (usd/sqm/month) of the office?

- How much is the monthly cost (usd/sqm/month) of any service?

- How much is the deposit? How long is the rental period?

2.Geographical location:

- Distance and travel time to the nearest international airport.

- Distance and travel time to the nearest international seaport.

- Distance and travel time to the nearest international border gate.

- Distance and travel time to your company's suppliers and customers.

3.Services of the Factory for rent:

- Capacity of the power station supplied to the Factory.

- Capacity of the wastewater treatment plant of the Industrial Park.

- Capacity of water supply by the Industrial Park.

- Unit price of electricity for production and domestic uses

- Unit price of water supply and wastewater treatment.

- Cost of operation and maintenance of industrial park infrastructure

4.Fire protection and fighting system:

- Has fireproof painting been applied to the steel structure system of the factory?

- Is an automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system available?

- Is a smoke extraction system available? Is there any generator dedicated to the smoke extraction system?

- Does the capacity of the existing water tank meet the demand of your new fire protection and fighting system?

5.Information on the local province:

- Are the business activities conducted by your company encouraged by the local government?

- Local culture and history.

- Working age population? Regional minimum wage?

- Tax incentives granted by the local government and the State Government.

6.Other information:

- The expiration date of the term of the factory lease contract between the factory owner and the industrial park.

- Have the factory for lease obtained the followings: Fire prevention and fighting certificate, environmental permit, construction permit?

- Is the factory leased by a third party or the owner of the factory?
